Martin's bundles of codes for Christmas

New 22mth 0% NO FEE debt shift, 40% off codes for Gap, Banana Republic and Brantano, Eurostar seat sale and Tesco beauty gifts sale. These are our Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis’ Quick Deals.

Remember, deals can change quickly, even while I’m on the programme. So always double-check the terms and conditions before spending. Plus, while I hope these deals will save you cash, don’t spend if you can’t afford it, don’t need it, or won’t use it.

Bundles of codes for Christmas

Now that Halloween has come and gone, retailers are now prepping for their next big shopping season – I don’t believe in saying the C word this early – so I shall avoid it. Yet if you were planning to shop at these retailers, then it’s great – especially as they’re all 40% off which is a big discount.

- 40% off Gap – Go online to Gap and sign up for its offers by email (if you’re already signed up you should’ve got it) for a 40% off code to use online on most full-priced items by Saturday, or show instore till Monday.

- 40% off Banana Republic – Follow Banana Republic on Twitter, or ‘like’ it on Facebook, and you'll be able to see a 40% off voucher. Use instore by Sunday on full-price items only.

- 40% off Brantano – Visit footwear retailer Brantano online and you can get 40% off when you enter the codeEVERYTHING40 by 11.59pm on Sunday. Or you can print and show this voucher in-store by Sunday. You can use the code on anything including brands such as Clarks, Skechers, Hush Puppies, and even sale items. Delivery is free on orders over £35 or it's £2.50 if less. Or you can reserve and collect from a Brantano store.

Shift debt for record-longest 22 months 0% and pay no fee

A balance transfer is where you get a new card that pays off the debt on old cards for you. So you owe the new card but at a cheaper interest rate. Normally even with 0% cards there’s a one-off fee for doing this. Yet a price war means we’re seeing ever longer no fee cards – so do that and clear the debt in time and it’s totally free.

Last Friday BOOM, The AA launched the new longest-ever 22 month 0% no fee balance transfer card, then on Monday POW Tesco responded but only increased from 19mths to 21mths. Yet don’t just apply in hope, that hits your credit file Martin’s full best balance-transfers guide includes a free eligibility calculator which gives card-by-card odds of which you’re most likely to get – so you can home in on your winner.

Always follow the Golden Rules

a) Never miss minimum monthly repayments, or the bank can end your 0% deal and charge far more.b) Clear the card or balance transfer before the 0% ends, or the rate rockets to 19.9% APR for the AA, and 20.6% APR for Tesco.c) Never withdraw cash or spend on the card. It's not at the 0% rate. It's often far more, and just doing it can hurt your credit file.

Eurostar Sale

From yesterday, for two weeks, book online at Eurostar to pay £64 for a standard return ticket to Calais, Paris, Brussels or Lille, for journeys between 23 Nov-17 Dec and 4 Jan-11 Feb. There’s limited stock, especially at weekends, so it’s a question of checking and seeing. You need to buy outward and inward together to get these. Usual prices range from £72 - £309.

50% off Tesco beauty gifts

Go online to Tesco Direct or Tesco Groceries or instore at Tesco store and it has put a range of beauty gift sets at half price. Better still you can use it as part of the Tesco Clubcard Boost, where you can exchange £5 worth of Clubcard vouchers for a £10 voucher to spend in selected departments, including these health and beauty gifts.

Products differ depending on where you shop, but I found a Baylis & Harding jojoba, silk and almond oil slipper set at £10 (from £20) which would be £5 in vouchers or a Nivea men's wash kit for £6.25 (or half that in vouchers) down from £12.50 and a Dove Beautiful You gift pack for £7.50 reduced from £15.
