Four rescued after gas box explosion in Torquay

Four people have been rescued following a fire at a block of flats in Torquay.

It's thought to have been caused by exploding gas boxes on Orchard Road.

Three people were led to safety by fire crews, a fourth had to be rescued by ladder from the first floor. No one was seriously injured.
