Police arrest Weston-super-Mare man in connection with burglary

Avon and Somerset Police have arrested a man from Weston-super-Mare in connection with a burglary.

Police had been searching for 52-year-old Michael Anthony Ruff, who is commonly known as 'Micky'.

The arrest is in connection with an aggravated burglary on Friday afternoon, 25 August, in which a teenage boy was threatened.

Mr Ruff remains in police custody where he is being questioned by officers.
