Doctors, NHS staff and members of the public have been marching through Bristol to protest over the state of the Health Service.

The protesters have a list of complaints - changes to Junior Doctors' contracts, scrapping of bursaries for nurses and other healthcare students, the so-called demonisation of migrant workers in the NHS and continued large-scale cuts and privatisation imposed on NHS services.

Jack Hazeldine, one of the protest organisers, told ITV News that he blames part of the problem faced by our A and E departments is the pressure on GP surgeries.
