Investigations are continuing into a fire at a pasty factory in Falmouth overnight.

Fire crews were called to the blaze at Rowe's Bakery in Bickland Water Road late last night.

It's believed the fire was caused by an electrical fault in a switchboard room. No one was in the building at the time.

"Although we wait for the fire service to complete their investigations, there are no suggestions of any suspicious activity which may have led to the start of the fire. We have been able to view the damage and can confirm the fire has been contained to a small area of the building."
