Two men are due in court charged with the murder of a man in South Gloucestershire.
Jason Betts died from a head injury after being found unconscious at a house in Yate on the 5th of March.
The men - 30-year-old Nixon Apire and 28-year-old Nathan Skeen, who are both from London - are due to appear at Bristol Crown Court today.

Two men from London charged with the murder of 38 year old Jason Betts in Yate have made their first appearance in court.
Nixon Apire, 30, from Barnet and Nathan Skeen, 28, from Lewisham, appeared at a short hearing in North Avon Magistrates’ Court earlier today.
They were remanded in custody to appear before Bristol Crown Court on Monday 16th.
A 37-year-old man previously arrested in connection with this investigation has been released from his bail without charge.

Detective investigating the murder of Yate man Jason Betts have been given more time to question two suspects.
The men, aged 30 and 28, were arrested in Essex on Monday. This morning Bristol magistrates agreed they could be held for a further 18 hours.
A 37-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder and released on bail has had his bail date extended until 23 March.

A 30-year-old and a 28-year-old from North London were arrested at a property in Chelmsford, in Essex, on Monday evening.
Officers are due to transport the men to the Avon and Somerset Force area later today for questioning.
A 37-year-old man who was arrested at the weekend remains on police bail.
