Boost to dementia group

A campaign in Devon to help people living with dementia and alzheimers has been given a huge boost in profile and funding after joining forces with a national company that provides advice for older people about their care and retirement needs.

The Torbay Dementia Action Alliance was set up just over a year and a half ago to try to make more people aware of how to treat people living with dementia in their communities.

Now with the support and funding of the company Ostrich Care, it's already been able to take its message even further.
