The sale has proved controversial with local people. But tonight its buyer told this programme he has no plans to redevelop it.

Bigbury beach sold at auction
One of Devon's most famous beaches went under the hammer today in a controversial auction. Bigbury-on-Sea, is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the south of the county.
Two acres of beach and frontage were put up for sale with a guide price of 30 thousand pounds - but raised more than double. Jonathan Gibson was there.
