Landslide fears close coastal path on Portland
A part of the coast path on Portland has been closed because of more landslide fears.
The South West Coast Path between Tout and Blacknor has suffered ‘substantial’ movement and rockfalls caused by the heavy rainfall.
Walkers are advised not to use the section of path and footpath closed signs have been put in place.

Another large rock fall on the Dorset coast has prompted a new warning for people to stay clear of beaches and coast paths which have been closed to the public.
The National Trust, which owns sections of the Jurassic Coast, says some people are ignoring the signs and putting their lives in danger.

"Stay away" after another rockfall at Burton Bradstock
There'e been another large rockfall at Burton Bradstock and The National Trust is urging people to stay away from the closed section of beach.
A spokesman for the Trust said, “We would urge people to stay away - the beach and South West Coast Path between Hive Beach and Freshwater Caravan Park is closed.
People visiting the coast really must take moment to read warning signs in car parks and on nearby paths and to follow the advice for their own safety."
Last July, holidaymaker Charlotte Blackman died after being crushed by tonnes of rocks at Burton Bradstock.
