Cornwall fire crews tackle major blaze at Wadebridge boat yard
Emergency crews in Cornwall are tackling a large fire at a boat yard in Wadebridge.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue said the fire broke out at the site near the A39 at about 3pm on Monday.
Crews from Wadebridge and Bodmin have been dealing with the fire, which caused smoke seen from miles around.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue said they had received 22 different 999 calls about the fire.
The added: "At around 15:04 fire control began to receive multiple 999 calls reporting a large amount of smoke near to the A39 Bridge near the town.
"One appliance from Wadebridge was initially mobilised.
"On arrival the crew requested assistance from the 4x4 appliance at Wadebridge and an additional Fire Appliance, which was mobilised from Bodmin."
