Body of missing Exeter university student found

The body of a missing Exeter University student has been found in a village a few miles from the campus.

Rory Cattermole was last seen in the Fever Boutique nightclub in Exeter, Devon, at 2.40am on Tuesday.

He had been out socialising with friends, but is thought to have left the club alone.

Reports say his disappearance was out of character and the university said it was "very concerned for his welfare".

He had been on Snapchat to his friends during the early hours of the morning he disappeared.

Yesterday, Police and the Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team found his body in Longdown near Exeter.

His family has been informed.
