The Range and DHL Supply Chain have opened their new distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.

The hub cost £100 million to build and is the size of 14.5 football pitches.

The distribution centre will support the 140 existing Range stores around the UK and the 30 further stores that are due to be opened this year.

It is claimed that the new distribution centre will bring 1000 new jobs to the area, in roles ranging from general administrators to picking stock.

The Range owner Chris Dawson, who is originally from Plymouth, says that his business is strong and he isn't worried by the state of the government or hiring employees during the Brexit process.
