Four people - including a baby girl - are being treated for life-threatening injuries after a severe house fire in Swindon.
Wiltshire police have launched an investigation into the cause of the fire, which broke out shortly before midnight in a ground floor flat in Manchester Road.Six people in total were rescued from the terraced property by fire crews wearing breathing apparatus. They are all understood to be from the town's Goan community.
They were all treated at the scene by paramedics from South Western Ambulance Service and a doctor. They were taken to hospitals in Bristol and Swindon. Four suffered life-threatening injuries.

A 60-year-old man
A 21-year-old woman
A 20-year-old woman
A boy aged 13 and a woman aged 23 were also injured and taken to hospital but are not believed to be in a critical condition.

Residents in nearby properties had to leave their homes after the fire and were taken to a local mosque.
They were allowed back into their homes shortly before 4am.
