Ready for Rio: Paralympic archer Jo Frith

With just a few hours until the Paralympics get underway in Rio, we've been hearing from some of our region's top medal prospects, and another of those is most certainly Jo Frith.

The wheelchair archer from Glastonbury was inspired to take up the sport four years ago after watching the London Paralympics and has since shot to the top of her sport.
