'Peace party' held following series of race attacks

Residents in Knowle West have held a' Peace Party' following a series of race attacks against foreign families.

The event at Filton Broadway was organised after four separate attacks on people living in Bideford Crescent, which saw bricks thrown at windows and doors spay painted.

Those behind the gathering want the victims to know the community is behind them.

The latest attack took place on Wednesday 27 July with one property being targeted twice.
