Exeter shop still too unstable to investigate after fire
Firefighters in Exeter say a shop destroyed by a major fire is too unstable for an investigation to take place.
Two fire engines are still working on the site of the fire that began yesterday afternoon at the Richer Sounds shop on Sidwell Street near the city centre.
Police closed a number of roads around the area as they tried to make the building safe but some of those closures are now being relaxed.
Crews worked through the night to dampen down the fire with 15 fire engines tackling the blaze at its height.
Earlier police said some disruption is likely to continue throughout the day as emergency services continue to make the building safe.
Some road closures will remain in place but diversions have been set up in the area to help aid traffic.
