Tamar trails: get on your bike this summer

If you're looking for ideas to keep your children occupied this summer, then look no further than the Tamar Trails in Devon.

Getting your kids on their bikes and exploring the beautiful scenery of the South West, is just one way to keep them fit and active.

The trails stretch 35km across the Tamar Valley, taking in historic mines and woodland. It's the culmination of a ten year project costing £7 million.
