Body found in search for missing Torquay man

Police searching for missing David Cauldwell have found two bodies in the Petitor Woods area in Torquay.

David, 39, was last seen since leaving the Artful Dodger pub on Teignmouth Road, Torquay, at around midnight on Saturday 21st May.

The two bodies were found around 200m apart on the coastal path where there have been recent landslides.

The first was found on Tuesday 24th May and appeared to have been there a long time.

The second body was found a day later and appears to be completely unrelated to the remains found just a short distance along the path.

David Cauldwell's family have been informed but no formal identification has taken place.
