A Bristol charity which supports people with drug and alcohol problems has begun a crowdfunding project to save itself, after losing council funding.

Hawkspring which is based in Avon says demand for its services is higher than it's ever been.

They are hoping to raise £15,000 of the £50,000 it needs online through the website fundsurfer.com.
