CCTV of man wanted for questioning after Bedminster disturbance

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify following a disturbance in Bedminster, Bristol.

The incident happened on York Road at around 6:00am on Friday (28/11).

A man was walking in the middle of York Road and approached a car, asking for a lift. When the driver refused, he got into the car and kicked out at the driver, injuring her shoulder.

On the same morning, the same man approached a Shell service station on York Road, claiming that he had lost his wallet after getting into an argument with a taxi driver. He was reunited with his wallet when it was returned by the driver.

The man is described as 5ft 7ins, of skinny build with blonde hair that was short at the back and sides and longer on top. He was wearing red trainers, skinny blue jeans and a black fleece. He spoke with a Welsh accent and claimed to be from Swansea.
