Fire at Gloucester recycling centre

Emergency services and Gloucestershire County Council are advising people living around Hempsted recycling centre, on the outskirts of Gloucester, to keep their windows closed after a fire. Fire fighters are currently tackling the blaze.

Local people said they could see thick black smoke rising from 'the tip' from around 8pm this evening.
