Kelly Ann-Marie Burgess, 26, faces four counts of adult abuse of a position of trust, involving sexual activity with a boy aged 13 to 17 years.
The incidents are alleged to have happened between January 1 and August 28 last year.
Ms Burgess is due to appear at North Somerset Magistrates' Court at Worle on March 17.
