Most of the routes into the Wiltshire town of Bradford on Avon are still closed after the River Avon burst its banks after heavy storms on Monday.
The Town Bridge Road, the A363 is closed because of the flooding on Silver Street, the B3107.
The town's railway station is closed due to the flooding. First Great Western says trains are running through but no trains will stop there.
Three year old Elsa Sadler can't have a birthday party because the floods on the Somerset Levels mean her friends can't get there.
It's now more than two weeks since huge parts of Somerset were hit by the flooding and it could be many more before life returns to normal.
People living on the Somerset Levels, many of whom are cut off by the recent floods, are calling for regular dredging to solve the problem
