Bristol Varsity Boat Race 2013

Bristol University will be looking to defend its rowing title as it takes on the University of the West of England in the city's annual Varsity Series. The 1.3km course starts at Cumberland Basin, with the finish line opposite the amphitheatre.

Last year Bristol Uni won six of the nine races. Events in the 19th annual challenge begin at noon, with the final at around 4pm.
