A man found dead in a bin at a recycling plant in Bristol has been named. The Canadian Press say he was 22 year old Garrett Elsey. The Canadian student had been in Bristol for less than a day. He had come to the city to study for a masters degree.
Police say they are keeping an 'open mind' as to how he died and are continuing investigations. A post-mortem is due to take place early next week.
