'Glad to be home' - flight arrives into Bristol from Sharm el-Sheikh
Passengers on a Thomson Airways flight from Sharm el-Sheikh have spoken of their relief to be back in the UK.
Many on the TOM717 flight were due to fly home on Thursday (Nov 5) from the Egyptian tourist resort but were delayed due to flight restrictions imposed by government.
Luggage restrictions were in place so it's not known when passengers will get their belongings back - but most were just glad to be home.
Paul Impey and daughter Iona from Somerset were on a family holiday.
They said it wasn't too bad being stuck in Sharm el-Sheikh and it's not the stranded holiday makers who will suffer the most.
Everybody cheered when the flight landed into Bristol. For some the journey home was as far as Cambridge, others were travelling on to Wales and some were local to the West.
It seems many were craving the simple pleasure of being back with loved ones and relatives.
