Jeffrey Plevey named as Cardiff church collapse victim
Police have identified Jeffrey Plevey as the man who died following the collapse of the Citadel building in Splott, Cardiff on Tuesday.
Breaking: Main train line closed after building collapse
A main rail line between Cardiff and Newport is closed until further notice in both directions due to a building collapse.
The building is believed to have collapsed adjacent to Splott Road Bridge.
Great Western Railway said there are reports of debris on the track and trains are unable to run between Newport and Cardiff Central in either direction.
It added details of road transport arrangements will be announced shortly.
