Body found in Cardiff river

A man's body has been found in the River Taff in Cardiff.

A member of the public discovered the body at around 5.30pm near the Swalec Stadium

Police are in the process of recovering it, and an investigation is underway to establish the man's identity and the circumstances surrounding his death.

A police cordon remains in place.
