Councils across Wales will receive £2.3m of funding from the Welsh Government to help provide quality, affordable childcare out of school hours.
The Out of School Childcare grant will help local authorities to assist families who wish to access childcare before and after the school day.
The grant will also give councils additional funds to coordinate and run wrap around care for children, helping parents and carers to work, train or study for future employment.
