Regions prepare for PRO12 action

All four Welsh regions are back in PRO 12 action this weekend. Tonight, the Scarlets are away to Ulster, whist the Dragons travel to Leinster.

Tomorrow the Blues will play host to Glasgow and then on Sunday the Ospreys entertain Treviso.

Sam Warburton is among 10 players released from the Wales camp to play for their regional teams this weekend.

The Wales captain will feature for the Cardiff Blues against Glasgow at the Arms Park tomorrow along with prop Gethin Jenkins.

Samson Lee and Emyr Phillips will line up for the Scarlets against Ulster tonight and the Ospreys will have six of Warren Gatland's squad members available to them on Sunday. Ryan Bevington, James King, Dan Baker, Dan Biggar, Rhys Webb and Ashley Beck will play in the match against Treviso.

Six Nations action returns next Friday, February 21 when France visit the Millennium Stadium.
