Swansea City have been drawn alongside Spanish side Valencia, Russian outfit FC Kuban Krasnodar and Switzerland's St Gallen in the Europa League Group Stage draw.

Petrolul Ploiesti 2-1 Swansea (3-6) (FT)

Petrolul took the lead in the second half with a goal from Abel Camara in the 73rd minute, before Roland Lamah equalised for the Swans just a minute later. Hamza Younes gave Petrolul their second goal.

A second yellow card saw Leon Britton sent off, leaving the Swans with 10 men at the final whistle. Final score Petrolul Ploiesti 2-1 Swansea. The Swans got through to the next round 6-3 on aggregate.
