A record number of parks and green spaces in Wales are given the Green Flag Award.
Green Flags awarded to record number of Welsh parks
A record number of parks and green spaces in Wales have been given prestigious Green Flag Awards, by the environmental charity Keep Wales Tidy.
60 parks and 56 community-managed green spaces have earned the right to fly the Green Flag in 2013/14 - being recognised as quality public areas, receiving long-term care, often with local community involvement.
