A nurse who was present at a birth which left a baby with brain damage has been struck off. Noah Tyler died before he reached his first birthday. Last month a panel decided that Julie Louise Richards was a risk to the public.
A midwife present at the birth of a baby who died before his first birthday 'remains a real risk to the public', according to a Nursing and Midwifery Council hearing.
Noah Tyler suffered brain damage during birth and died 10 months later.
Today the panel found Julie Louise Richards' fitness to practise was impaired.
The decision on whether she'll be able to practise again will be made next month.
