10 year old climbing Champion from Cardiff, born with a hole in her heart

A 10 year old girl from Cardiff who was born with a hole in her heart, has become a British Champion in indoor climbing. Emily Phillips who won the title in the ten to eleven age group trains every day. Nicola Hendy has been to meet her.
