Cardiff Congestion Charge proposal

A congestion charge for Cardiff could be on the cards as a way of raising cash to maintain the transport infrastructure in the city.

The plans are being looked at after the councillor in charge of the capital's transport policy suggested that motorists who don't live in Cardiff could be charged to drive into the city.
