Calls to ban protests outside abortion clinics in Cardiff

The British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is calling for a ban on protests outside its clinics.

It says that anti-abortion campaigners can be distressing for patients and their families.

It wants Cardiff to follow in the footsteps of Ealing Council in London, which recently banned protests.

Anti-abortion groups say they do not protest outside clinics but have peaceful prayer vigils.
