Woman found dead in Bangor named as Elizabeth Jordan, as son and daughter pay tribute

The children of a woman found dead in Bangor have paid tribute to her, as police continue to question a man on suspicion of murder.

Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Mary Jordan, 53, was found in Trem y Garnedd, Bangor on Monday morning. Her son and daughter paid tribute to her.

Yesterday North Wales Police was granted an additional 36-hours to question a 54-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday. Officers are continuing to appeal for information about the incident.
