Welsh Labour has moved to distance itself from 'England-only' leaked Labour manifesto

Welsh Labour says it will publish its own 'distinct manifesto,' after details of a draft of the UK party's election pledges was leaked.

A spokesman said the leaked details relate to an 'old, draft version of a UK document.'

The spokesman added that one of the most important principles of devolution was for the Welsh Government to be able to set its own priorities.
