Two friends from Carmarthen have completed a 400 mile kayak to show there should be no barriers for people with disabilities.

Ben Bostock has cerebral palsy and alongside his life-long friend Tom Clark, a disability advocacy manager, the pair decided to embark on a mammoth mission around the Welsh coast.

Braving the Welsh water is no mean feat - Ben and Tom encountered rough waters and strong winds along their journey.

The13-stage route took them from Anglesey and around places such as Barmouth, St Davids, Rhossili and Porthcawl

They trained for 18 months to prepare them for the challenge, which they hope will help raise £10,000 for a number of disability charities.
