Should £40 million Cardiff Coal Exchange hotel project go ahead?

Last week a row broke out after plans were revealed which transformed Cardiff's historic coal exchange building into a hotel.

The company behind it, Signature Living say they are fully committed to investing £40 million pounds into the project. But the Save the Coal Exchange action group believe the plans won't get off the ground and have concerns about it.

I brought both sides, Signature Living and the Save the Cardiff Coal Exchange together to see what the issues are.

Cardiff council support the plans but the local MP has raised questions. Next week there will be a debate in Parliament over it.
