Village feels 'left behind' without superfast broadband
In 2012, the Welsh Government and BT launched the Superfast Cymru project aiming to provide 96% of homes and businesses with world class broadband by 2015.
But for some living in rural Wales there is no sign of it yet.
The village of Llanfihangel y Creuddyn in Ceredigion were told they would be getting Superfast broadband by September last year.
But they have now been told the work will not start until this summer.
As a result, local businesses such as the village pub, Y Ffarmers feel they're being forgotten about.
Esther Prytherch, the owner, says internet access is essential as she makes her business payments online.
She would also like to offer free wifi to her customers and update the pubs website, but says this is almost impossible with the speed of her internet.
On the outskirts of the village the internet speed appears to be even slower, one resident says even a simple task can take up to an hour or more.
The situation appears to have left many in the village feeling that rural areas are simply being left behind.
The Welsh Government says they announced last year that the Superfast Cymru project was being extended to include extra properties.
As a result of this recent announcement, they say there hasn't been any failure by anyone to meet that target.
