Man admits murdering 18-year-old Conner Marshall

A 26-year-old man has admitted murdering a teenager at the Trecco Bay caravan park in Porthcawl.

David Braddon, from Caerphilly, attacked Conner Marshall, 18, as he walked back to his holiday caravan in the dark in March.

Conner was discovered by early morning campers and he died in hospital from his injuries days later.

Appearing in court via video link from prison, Braddon showed no emotion as he told a court clerk he was guilty.

Judge Eleri Rees adjourned the case for sentencing next month.
