Could this be Britain's cheapest six-bedroom house?

It's up for sale at £75,000.

The house has woodland views, three reception rooms, an en suite master bedroom, two studies and a jacuzzi bath.

The house at Nantymoel, near Bridgend, is a former chapel and chaplaincy knocked into one building.

It is being auctioned next week with guide price of £75,000 to £85,000.

The auctioneers say the house, which has gardens to the front and back, is a snip at the price.

A spokesman for property firm Morgan Beddoe said: "It needs some modernising but has everything needed to make a perfect family home."

"It's not often a six-bedroom house is available for that sort of price."
