As concerns grow for the vulnerability of the harbour porpoise in Welsh waters, Ruth Wignall travelled to Amlwch in an attempt to spot these elusive mammal off the northern coast of Anglesey.
And Nicola Hendy learnt how to take the perfect picture with landscape photographer Neil Mansfield in the Brecon Beacons.

Andrew's Pub walk from Monknash:
In tonight’s show Andrew visited the Vale of Glamorgan in South Wales and walked some 4 miles along a coastline that's said to be over 200 million years old.
This walk, known as Vale Trail 2 which takes approximately 2.5 hours, starts at the historic Plough & Harrow pub in Monknash.
Along the way Andrew discovered the history of the ships that were lured to their destruction and wrecked for their cargo. He also visited nearby Nash Point lighthouse to learn about it's history.
Andrew walked towards the coast through Blaen-y-Cwm nature reserve, accompanied by Phil Gibbins from walking charity Valeways http://www.valeways.org.uk/
Walk information and map:
The Coast and Lighthouse walk is one in a new series of 10 Vale Trails developed by Creative Rural Communities in partnership with Valeways and Vale of Glamorgan Ramblers.
Leaflets for each of the trails are free from Tourist Information Points throughout the Vale of Glamorgan and also to download at www.visitthevale.com
