Intrepid canoe challenge team arrive in Donaghadee
Two men trying to become the first canoe team to ever manage to circumnavigate Britain have arrived in Donaghadee, Co Down on one of their last stops.
Colin Skeath and Davis Gould-Duff, who are uncle and nephew, have spent the last nine weeks in their open canoe in a test of physical and mental endurance.
The pair set off from Strontian on Loch Sunart on the west coast of Scotland at the end of April.
As Aideen Kennedy reports, the aim of their adventure is to raise money for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
