Controlled explosion carried out on item in Belfast city centre

A controlled explosion has been carried out on a suspicious object found at Ormeau Avenue in Belfast.

BBC Broadcasting House had been partially evacuated due to the operation on Tuesday morning.

The area is where the main Twelfth parades will pass in the city centre.
