Passengers evacuated to hard shoulder after bus catches fire on M2 at Sandyknowes

The M2 has now reopened after a bus has caught fire on the M2 at near Sandyknowes.

It caused traffic disruption leaving Belfast as one lane of the northbound carriageway has been closed by the PSNI.

Traffic Watch NI said there was smoke coming from the double decker bus and that the passengers were evacuated onto the hard shoulder.
