Snow hits Northern Ireland as temperatures drop

Snow has affected parts of Northern Ireland, with the Met Office issuing a weather warning on Friday over icy roads.

Ballymena has already been covered with snow falling thick and fast.

Coleraine is also one of the worst affected areas, with the weather affecting traffic on Thursday morning.

Even NI's pets are getting in on the action, with this Paul Gilpin's kitten getting its first experience of snow in Coleraine.
