John McDonnell 'whips up' political bullying, says McVey
Labour's John McDonnell was accused of 'whipping up' a culture of threats, bullying and intimidation by a fellow MP as she hit beck after he repeated calls for her to be lynched.
Conservative Esther McVey said that the shadow chancellor was " a man who links violence with politics" as she appeared on Peston on Sunday.
It came after McDonell, who also appeared on the show, insisted that he had no regrets over his remarks as he justified them as "honest anger".
