'Dozens killed' in rebel rocket attack on hospital in Syria

A rebel rocket attack on a hospital in Aleppo has killed dozens of people, Syrian state TV reports.

The latest airstrike comes days after an attack on a clinic in a rebel-held part of Aleppo killed 27 medical staff and patients, including Dr Muhammad Maaz, one of the last paediatricians in the area.

A rebel rocket attack on a hospital in Aleppo has killed dozens of people, Syrian state TV reports.

"(Dozens) martyred and wounded in rockets fired by terrorists at al-Dabit Hospital," a news flash said.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the hospital, in a government-held part of the city, has been heavily damaged.

The latest airstrike comes days after an attack on a clinic in a rebel-held part of Aleppo killed 27 medical staff and patients, including Dr Muhammad Maaz, one of the last paediatricians in the area.

More than 250 people have died in shellings and airstrikes in Aleppo over the past 10 days, according to the Observatory.
